How to: start in the mid-section of the brow and work towards the tail with short upward strokes in the direction of hair growth. Soften with the built-in spoolie.

Tip! Pair the Fine Liner with any other fill-in brow product, such as our pencils or the Brow Dip, for a more detailed brow with depth and texture.
