Shipping & returns

B’KATE Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • We dispatch orders within 2 business days, provided payment is received and stock is available.

  • We ship 5 days a week. Orders placed on public holidays are shipped on the next business day.

  • All parcels are shipped via MyParcel.

  • Shipping costs (NL): €5.45 (letterbox) and €7.95 (parcel).

  • Free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €350 (excl. VAT, excl. shipping).

  • Liability: B’KATE B.V. is not responsible for parcels lost after they have been handed over to the carrier.

Returns

Want to return a product? Only unopened items in their original condition and packaging are eligible for a refund.
Please notify us within 24 hours at customerservice@b-kate.com and return the product within 14 days of receipt.

Include with your return:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Order number
  • Account holder’s name
  • Bank account/IBAN
  • Reason for return

Important:

  • If you receive an item you did not order, keep the packaging sealed. Any item that is used or whose seal/cap/lid is opened is considered accepted by the customer and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If the packaging has been opened and the product does not meet your expectations (e.g., shade/color), it cannot be exchanged. Please order carefully.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping and packaging costs.
  • B’KATE B.V. is not responsible for parcels lost in transit to B’KATE B.V. Keep your proof of postage.

Refunds

Once we receive your return in good order, we will credit the purchase price minus shipping costs.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the return.
Please keep your return receipt until the refund has been issued.
