Soap Brows: The Fluffy Brow Trend Explained
Scroll through any beauty feed and you will see them: brushed-up, fluffy, almost laminated brows that look effortless and expensive at the same time. The secret is not a salon treatment. It is soap brows, and you can create them at home in under a minute.
What are soap brows?
Soap brows is a styling technique where you use a special brow soap to brush your brow hairs upward and set them in place. The result mimics a brow lamination: fuller, feathery, groomed. Unlike lamination, it washes out at night, so you can switch between fluffy and sleek whenever you like.
How to do it
Lightly dampen a styling brush with water or a facial mist. We designed our bamboo Puff Brush exactly for this. Swirl the damp brush over the Brow Puff styling soap until you see a thin film on the bristles. Then brush your brow hairs upward and slightly outward, following your natural shape. Let it set for thirty seconds. Done.
Make it your own
Want more definition? Fill in the tail with the Brow Dip or a fine pencil after the soap has set. Want extra glow? A touch of highlighter under the brow bone lifts the whole look.
One golden rule
Use a dedicated brow soap, not regular hand soap. Brow soaps are formulated to be kind to the skin and hairs and dry without white residue.
